Changes to the Customer Service operation due to COVID-19: AXA Insurance

AXA had temporarily closed their Customer Centre at Level 1, AXA Tower.

This is part of the precautionary measures they are taking to safeguard the well-being of their customers and staff.

During the closure of our Customer Centre, no cash payment will be accepted from customers and intermediaries. You can still use AXS or AXA Pay if you need to make any payments
