There were 30 accidents involving Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) and pedestrians on public paths between January and September 2017, with more cases being reported this year. Some causing serious injury to pedestrians. With legal speed limits of between 15 and 25km/hr, are PMDs too fast and riders, too reckless ?
