Having seen the overview and knowing your eligibility, you apply at any Social Service Offices or Community Centres/Clubs with the support documents as follow:

1. NRIC
2. Bank Account Details
3. Documents showing loss of job/income
4. Application form for Temporary Relief Fund or  Courage Fund
