Are you irreplaceable?

Are you more important than Steve Jobs? Here are some checklist to know whether you are irreplaceable by your company or not.

1) Ask your HR or Finance department if they had bought a Keyman insurance on your life.

a) if yes, go to Q2.
B) if no, you can be replaced.

2) Will the insurance payout to your company able to compensate your loss?

a) if yes, you can be replace.
B) if no, go to Q3.

3) Your HR or Finance dept just need to buy more Keyman insurance to compensate your loss.
