Just did a DISC test online. Although it is simple, I think it gives a reasonable accurate result.
DISC Profiling is a test we will conduct for every potential candidate. This test is not to identify if a person is suitable to be a financial advisor but rather, it is to know one’s strength and weakness so we can work together to be a better team.
